General Return Policies

1. Keep Your Receipt Safe: You’ll need it for any return or exchange.
2. Time Limit: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
3. Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any broken seals or damaged packaging will make the item ineligible for return.
4. No Cash Refunds: Instead of a cash refund, we will issue a credit voucher for the same amount, which you can use at our store.
5. Voucher Validity: Credit vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Fresh, frozen, and perishable grocery items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat).
   Opened or partially used packaged goods.
   Custom crockery items or those damaged after purchase.

Additional Information

• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported at the time of purchase or delivery.
